HOA Financial Documents

HOA meetings regularly occur on the (3rd) third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Meetings are held at the Southfork Lakes Clubhouse multi-purpose room. Residents are always welcome.

The HOA Financials for the current year are below. All these documents can also be obtained by accessing the INFRAMARK VANTACA website (HERE) and logging into the Resident portal.
