Hello Residents,
The 2026 Proposed Budget has passed. Your new annual assessment will be $132.60, due on or before January 1, 2026.
- Amount: $132.60 (annual assessment)
- Due date: January 1, 2026
- Payment must be received by the due date to avoid late fees and penalties.
Billing statements have been ordered and should arrive before the due date. If statements do not arrive before January 1, 2026, you are still responsible for making your payment.
A copy of the approved budget is available on Vantaca for your review.

Starting the first week of April 2024, Inframark initiated the transfer of account balances to Vantaca. This includes any outstanding charges as well as prepayments made toward future assessments or fees on your account.
During this transition, your full balance may not appear immediately on the Payments screen. Please note that this is temporary as Inframark completes its financial transition throughout the initial weeks of April.
If you have an assessment due on April 1st, you will see this charge on your account. You may continue to make payments during the transition period.
Inframark will notify the community once all account balances have been successfully transferred.
