Starting the first week of April 2024, Inframark initiated the transfer of account balances to Vantaca. This will encompass any outstanding charges as well as any prepayments made towards future assessments or charges on your account.

While this transition takes place, you may not see your complete balance reflected under the Payments screen. However, please understand that this is only temporary as Inframark finalizes its accounting and financial transition throughout the initial weeks of April.

If you have an assessment due on April 1st, you will notice this charge on your account. Additionally, you have the option to make payments to your account during this period of account balance transfer. Inframark will keep the community informed once all account balance transfers have been successfully completed.
