New Purchaser/Renter Registration

REGISTER YOUR TENANTS

Homeowners in Southfork Lakes who are renting their homes to tenants, or will be renting their homes to new tenants, should submit a Tenant Registration Form to the Property Manager.

The Tenant Registration Form contains identifying information about your tenants when a Southfork Lakes house that you own is being rented.  It is important for the Association to retain this information.  It is for your benefit and the benefit of your neighbors, for the Manager to be knowledgeable about current occupants, autos, and contact information of people in your unit(s).

Many potential problems can be alleviated when you, as owner, educate and/or provide to your tenants the Declaration; the Rules and Regulations; and/or other information which is available at the link to this website. Once you are on the Southforklakes.com website, from the menu on the top right corner of the page, click on New Resident Information and then click on New Purchaser/Renter Registration. All documents may be viewed, downloaded and/or printed for your and your tenants' convenience.
